Join us to learn expressive and embodied practices that will help you re-energize your mind and body, reconnect with your community and yourself, restore your spirit, and renew your sense of play and imagination. During this 12 month program, faculty focus is on experiential restorative practices that will introduce you to a variety of integrative, arts-based, expressive, and embodied awareness strategies that can be immediately applied to your practice.
This program brings together a diverse faculty and the wide array of modalities, approaches, and practices they use. Each session includes dynamic learning, interactive activities, and opportunities to network with participants. Engage in movement, rhythm, yoga, storytelling, visual journaling, vocalization, play, improvisation, and more to resensitize and enliven the body and mind through powerful hands on experiences to process trauma, relieve stress, and restore the self.
